Summary

During the construction phase of the Grade II* Listed hall building and conversion of estate buildings, the developer and site owner entered administration, prompting the lender and a restructuring team to take control of the site.

Due to their remote location, we were asked to locally manage the process of investigating development risks, and creating a plan to recover as much value as possible, with a focus on project cash flow and speed. For this brief, we deployed a multi-disciplinary team to handle the immediate enforcement risks, create a design scheme which would be marketable in current conditions, and to prepare the site for a sale.
