Seddon Homes are a large regional house builder, based in north west England. Their core market is high quality new build family housing.
Following Seddon’s acquisition of the site at Keele University campus, we supported their technical team in designing a scheme which would be sympathetic to the heritage assets on site.
The scheme was approved for over 80 dwellings, and completed construction in 2021.
